Gyeomjae Arts Festival is held every May, not only to reawaken the spirit of Gyeomjae Jeong Seon in painting, but also to commemorate the area of Soangnu Pavilion on Gungsan Mountain, Gangseo-gu, as one of the locations where he created his landscape masterpieces. The festival aims to be a leading event in Seoul's cultural calendar.

Gyeomjae Real Landscape Art Contest
Genre : Korean paintings of real landscapes of Korea, Western paintings (including oil, water, pastel, and acrylic), representational works
Exhibition venue: Gyeomjae Jeong Seon Memorial Art exhibition hall. Additional exhibition of selected works at Gallery Seo, Gangseo-gu.
Eligibility: Those aged 20 Years or over, regardless of nationality
Work size: 40-60
Prize: Grand Prix (10 million won) and six other categories
