Location
It surrounds Jeonju-si, 36km from east to west, 71km from north to south, and is adjacent to Jinan-gun in the east, Gimje-si in the west, Imsil-gun and Jeongeup-si in the rest, and Iksan-si and Nonsan-si in Chungcheongnam-do in the north.
